If a page has too much text, the letters shrink a little on that page so it all fits. A red line at the bottom of a box means some text still won’t fit — remove a few lines or make the box bigger.

This saves a PDF file. Open the PDF and print it like any paper — both sides of one sheet, flipped on the short edge, at 100% size. The “keep boxes away from the page edges” setting below is what keeps everything clear of the printer’s no-print zone, so leave it on.

Saved pamphlets

Save this month’s pamphlet, then load it next month and just change the words.

Files are handy for keeping copies or moving a pamphlet to another computer.

For the helper

The Arrange button (top right) lets you move boxes around, resize them by the corners, add photos, text, and puzzles, or remove them. Turn it off when you’re done so the pages are simple again.

Keep boxes away from the page edges

Boxes can’t be moved past this line, so nothing prints too close to the edge or the middle fold. Choosing a size tucks everything inside it right away.
