// RepTek Linux

A strength-training workout tracker for serious lifters. Pick a program, tap cells to log sets, and the app's progressive-overload engine increments your working weight the moment you hit every rep. No social feed, no push spam, no upsells — just your numbers, on your phone, syncing through iCloud.

## // WHAT IT DOES //

Programs. Ship-with templates (5×5, Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower) plus a full editor so you can build your own splits, supersets, and alternate-day rotations from an 85+ exercise library.

Auto-progression. Log every set in a session and the next session's working weight bumps up by the increment you set per exercise. Miss a rep and the weight holds. The whole point is to let the spreadsheet drive itself so you can think about lifting instead of math.

Plate calculator + rest timer. Type a target, see the plate stack for your bar. Rest timer runs in the background with haptic taps at the end so you can put the phone down between sets.

PRs and history. Per-exercise records and weight-over-time charts so you can actually see the line going up over weeks and months. Local-first storage; iCloud sync + backup/restore if you want it.

Apple Watch. Companion app logs sets from the wrist without picking your phone up off the bench. Lock-screen Live Activity shows the current set with tappable cells so you can mark a set without unlocking.

## // PRIVACY //

Local-first by design. No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no account required. iCloud sync is opt-in and uses your own iCloud — RepTek's servers never see your data because there are no RepTek servers.
