Form Desk

A registrar's desk for your PDFs — fill & sign, annotate, merge, split, crop, watermark, number, convert to images or text, compress, redact, and clean the metadata. Free, no upload, no account, no watermark.

🔒 Your document never leaves your browser — which matters most for exactly the documents this is for.

Draw your signature

Already have a saved signature image? — a transparent one from Inkwell drops right in.

Crop page

Drag a box over the area to keep; drag inside it to move.

Split PDF

Each range becomes its own PDF; files download one after another.

Fill and sign a PDF without uploading it

Open the form, click where an answer goes, type. Click Signature, sign with your mouse, finger, or stylus, and place it on the line. Add checkmarks and dates the same way, drag anything into position, then save — the output is a normal flattened PDF ready to email back. Think about what's in the PDFs people sign — leases, tax forms, medical intake — and "we upload it to our servers to process it" stops sounding fine. This page has no server, and works offline if you save it.
